Of course not. How is initiation of force against a innocent person (i.e. a fetus) consistent with liberty?
Answer: it isn’t. And this is where a lot (but by no means all) libertarians shoot themselves in the foot philosophically.
It is amazing how some could call someone who is ok with the murder of innocent human life a leader of a liberty movement.
That is exactly like shooting yourself in the foot to proclaim your right to walk.
