Short answer. The differences are mostly in the ritual structure and use of materia magica. The term Juju references the supernatural power of an object. Santeria is a TYPE of Voodoo (using the broad classification) but the term Voodoo most often refers to Hatian or New Orleans Voodoo in common usage.
