I agree, although, the Japanese internment camps (not all Japanese Americans in the United States were interned) were located in the Western US and may have been a necessary solution to concerns of espionage and Japanese sympathizers after the bombing of Pearl Harbor.

Who is to make that decision? Maybe all tea partiers are to be imprisoned for being a “necessary threat” to Obama’s agenda to “save” America.

We either support liberty and the rule of law or we do not. If someone has commuted a crime - charge them and give them due process. Our God given rights secured by the Constitution are not to be chosen at will based on “feeling” or “necessity”. If we don’t like something in it - amend it!
