Out of control government spending has been going on for a long time. The Republicans and GW Bush nearly doubled our national debt in 8 years with few complaints.
This is more serious that Republican vs Democrat politics. Its time to only spend what we can pay.

Don't forget the massive debt Ronald Reagan ran up which was more than all previous president's combined. Reagan, Bush 1 and Bush 2 are responsible for $7.5 of the $13 trillion National debt. Plus, due to the insane policies of the Reagan Admin, we had the largest number of bank failures since the Great Depression. In my home state of Texas, over 1,500 banks failed. I made my 1st $million from the Texas banking and real estate collapse in the '80's.
