Nixon did not purge the government of Jews. He went after liberals, inclding Jews. I don't remember him firing Kissinger or Herb Stein.

No. But one of his greatest flaws, perhaps fatal, an amazing ability to speak “openly” when he was the only person in the room who knew the conversation was being recorded. He really should have burned the tapes.
