I don’t quite understand your analysis but Nashville was a booming town before the flood. It will be again, too. The people here are a tough bunch and they we will survive.

No matter where,I think it is foolish to build in a flood plain.

Locally,we have a big development splurge financed by Ohio victims of Indiana casinos ;much money is being spent on a fleet of dump trucks moving the hilltops into the former river bottomlands.

Instead of corn,there is a whole nother kind of "shucking" going on.

My analysis, simplified: If the town flooded, it’ll flood again. If the town floods often enough, stop rebuilding. See “New Orleans” and “Hurricane Katrina” for further analysis.
