And if you repeatedly arrested someone in the USA for the same crime with no credible evidence to sustain a charge, we all would rightfully be screaming that an accused person's civil rights were being violated.
I personally think that at best, Joran Van Der Sloot is guilty of negligent homicide in regard to the Natalee Holloway disappearance. Most likely he drugged her, had his way with her, and left her wandering around the beaches of Aruba before she met an untimely demise. Furthermore, this guy was a teenager at the time of Holloway's disappearance. As such, it is highly unlikely that he was able to pull off the perfect murder and leave no evidence.
I think so too. You don't need to be Freud to fill in the blanks. He was too much of a pansy to admit what he did, accept the consequences and repent. Still, the guilt is eating at him. So he strings Greta along, does more evil, until at last he gets what he thinks he deserves. This is a sad tale for all concerned.

I work in the juvenile justice system and believe me, they are much smarter than you give them credit for. First of all, they will try things that you couldn’t even imagine, secondly, they will cover for each other until they themselves become implicated....then they sing. If the FBI had investigated the first of his murders, they would have nailed him in a heartbeat.
