It’s the only hiway in the U.S. that is marked with km, not miles. Needless to say, it goes to Mexico

Needless to say the markings were requested by Mexico and agreed to by Americans dressed with kneepads.

I believe the new route 1 in Delaware is measured in kilo.
It messes with the mind.

Its the only hiway in the U.S. that is marked with km, not miles. Actually it not...there are numerous roads in northern NH with km/miles listed. Same with northern ME.

Nashville had Km and Mi in the late 70’s. They had been removed (Km) a long time ago.

Totally off topic, but why in the world does Missouri have 1/2 mile markers?
What a waste of money, putting a mile marker every 1/2 mile. My husband and I drove through there a couple of weeks ago and decided it must have been Obama Federal Stimulus Money, looking for a place to waste it.
