What’s the breakdown on percentages of the army and police?
__% Shiite
__% Sunni
__% Kurd
__% Christian
That alone can very likely be a volatile mix as it is in certain areas already.

Did you notice the tapdance on the F16s?
Only commented on the SALE of new F16s and mentioned that is not going to be until after 2011. [That is the 24 in negotiations.]
No mention of SecDef’s Lend/Lease proposal for the used F16s.
I have seen repeated comments from senior to mid-rank IqAF officers expecting F16s sooner...
