Wow, that news perked me up a little bit.

I happen to love tuna too. I love it in my salad(with lots of mayo and chopped up celery), and I absolutely love it with some rice pilaf and steamed veggies.

Try this:

Make a nice tuna mayo mix with what you like (I like celery and onion and cracked pepper), split an avocado and spoon the tuna in, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt.

Awesome on a hot summer day.

I love tuna with finely chopped celery/mayo also, but add some finely chopped onion makes it better...Great toasted tuna sandwich....but the after taste of activist would spoil it..
