No you are confused, BP was in charge when the rig blew and oil started leaking, and they are still in charge while the leak continues but when it becomes apparent that the leak will soon stop THEN Obama will be in charge showing he has control over the situation...

Well, Obama was in charge last week for a short time when it loooked like the first attempt had worked ... then BP quickly became “in charge” again when it failed. Now that the well has been capped, Obama is “in charge” again.

This has got to be the most blatant lie ever told! Obama didn’t have a clue how to stop any thing and still doesn’t(except our economy)
Anyone that believes this crap will believe Obama will have fish, loaves and wine for everyone at 5 pm. And that he walked out to the leak and plugged it.....
Hmmm, since when was Deleware affected by this oil spill/mishap? Markell is a joke and a bad liar.....
