Not at all. If you compare the apparent velocity of the escaping oil to previous shots from days ago, it is MUCH less, so they are definitely catching a lot of it.

The velocity is less because the riser is pretty much wide open now. No kinks to restrict it. Saying they are catching a lot of it, is not believable.
