White House: Obama may use executive privilege to withhold Kagan documents
President Obama does not intend to assert executive privilege over any of the documents requested by the Committee, Bauer writes.
OMG I am so confused.

Let me clarify. Zero doesn't intend to assert executive privilege. He intends on having Clinton do it.

OMG I am so confused. You apparently have little experience in coming to the truth after hearing such White Hut-speak.
In the very next sentence, Bauer flippantly starts out, "Of course..." This is an unusual writing manner, but very significant, nonetheless, as he juxtaposes former President Clinton's interests, implying Executive Privilege could well be claimed if Clinton's counsel were to prefer it that way. Bauer also implies it would only take such a "drop of a hat" for Barry to help out BJ.
