Actually the writings, depending on whether you mean Ezekiel or Revalations, are abut 2000 to 2500 years old.
My problem isn't with prophesy, but that had you been paying attention, it has been cited for proof of end-of-days ALL OF MY LIFE. It hasn't been true in the past. Of course, sooner or later it will be. But every generation discovers it and goes goofy without reference to times past when the signs were even greater.
Prepare every day. Don't try to time the market. And DON'T post it as news.
The End Time Prophecy Moses gave to the Jews goes back about 3,500 years- when we received the Torah. And there were others before him. Moses, himself, was prophesied. So, the writings go much further back in time.
