Can a Fredom of Information request get a copy of the I09 form used when he became a federal employee?

As far as I know it cannot due to privacy, maybe a redacted copy just showing one was filed might be accesible..I tried a long time a go to find out who has the I-9 for Congress and President and got no answers. Senators have a weird setup for their employees..but they are not exempt from the law so ICE should investigate a complaint...IMO...

A FOIA to Social security should get the regulations for obtaining a SS that were in effect in the mid 1970-s.

US State Department is dragging their feet on many requests for Obamas mamas passport info..she is deceased and her records are available under FOIA, they just keep dragging it out giving them One person has been waiting since around November 2008. Maybe if they got 100,000 requests all at once they might cough them up..It is ridiculous.
