Al Gore helped organize an event to raise money for Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s re-election campaign.
A swanky dinner will be held for Reid Friday with high-profile technology executives in Silicon Valley. Google chief executive Eric Schmidt and Cisco chief executive John Chambers plan to attend, according to an invitation obtained by POLITICO.

Instead it is presented as “Reid is just so popular he can’t keep people from donating even when they happen to live elsewhere”
OK, Harry is a NEVADA Senator but has to go to the High Tech industries in CALIFORNIA to raise money?
I thought Harry was supposed to represent the interests of NEVADA and not CALIFORNIA....
