The left hates Israel because of God. The left controls public education and most of the media airwaves.
Until I was about 15, I thought Israel was wrong (public education) until a wise older Conservative educated me.
The left hates Israel, just as it hates the US. The left hates successful capitalists and see them as the oppressors of the world. The left has joined forces with the Islamo-fascists under the premise that the enemy of my enemy is my friend. The Islamo-fascists are simply a convenient victim group, who are more than willing to fight against Western capitalists. Think about, the left doesn’t even have to do any community agitating to get the Muzzies to wage jihad, against the west and Israel.
Add that to the fact that religious Jews are like Christians, they answer to a higher power than the state and they see their destiny as inextricably linked to obeying God, not man.
