Like, if you're in Yosimite, open carrying an unloaded handgun (because we can do that now thanks to Sen Tom Coburn) and come upon a grizzly. Oh, wait Mr. Grizzly, I have to load a magazine into my pistol. Now instead of dying unable to defend ourselves, we'll just die trying to load a magazine...

Just get one of these, and take your chances with the law. If you're discreet, no-one will be the wiser.
