I watched a bit of it and it struck me that this administration was trying VERY hard to make VP-Biden appear exceptionally presidential.
I presume that some of the people predicting the resignation of BHO may be onto something... elsewise, why'd they push Joe into the forefront in Arlington?
I don't know that it's the WH pushing this, but there may be elements, and of course Plugs himself, that are beginning to see this "Biden becomes President" angle.

Sh*t in one hand and wish into the other, and see which one fills up the quickest. Obama is not going anywhere until he is lead out of office after being defeated. His entire time in office as well and the year leading up to his election was the expressed declaration that he was better than anyone else in the world. Remember, “We are what we have been waiting for.” Notwithsanding the alliteration this narcissist really believes the crap that has been ladeled on him. He carries himself like Mussolini (as well as governs with the same rapacious disregard for the individual). He is a collectivist for everyone but himself. For, himself, he prefers to be the oligarchy, while the rest of the American public sucks hind titty. He lives by the creed, “What is good for the goose, is not necesary for the gander.”

No. The only way I would watch an obama address is if someone held a loaded gun to my head. Then I probably make them pull the trigger.
