Why not just use the surrounding sea water? (No, I’m not being a smart @$$. It’s a real question. I’m just a computer geek.)

Well surrounding seawater would equalize it suppose, but think of it like filling a balloon with water, and it not push back equally against all sides like a gas would.

And, what do I know; I’m a computer geek too.
