Time for an extra large Romney-esque order of Flip Flop.

I don't understand your quote of Fiorina, who I can't stand. What you quoted reads to me that she thinks that cap and trade will make the job numbers even worse than they are right now. Where am I wrong?

DeVore ‘10, but I guess I'm missing the outrage on this one?

“says cap and trade legislation “take already painful jobless numbers and make them dramatically worse.””

Hmmmmmm, that statement does not seem to match the title unless I’m missing something. Sounds to me like she is saying cap and trade will make the jobless numbers worse. If so I agree.

The Dalai Lama is known by the name "Kun-Dun".

Fiorina, based on her record at HP, should be known as "Kum-Dunt".

The only Q that I have about the CA goobernor's race is: what the hell do these idiots (both parties) think is left to loot in that besotted state?

I hope the California conservatives vote for a Real Conservative since Carly has already shown her hand.I wouldn’t trust her in the least.

I’m sick of these SOB’s trying to tax the very air we breath.

I think the point is that she's changed her position since '08.

But what she's currently saying sounds pretty good...much better than Ahnold.

Another brain dead RINO, probably just repeating the mantra per Graham.

Better than Botoxer, but how much is that worth. Other than the vote for majority leader, not much.

The Fiorina quote appears to be in opposition to cap & trade.

It’s a dramatic flip flop that is being highlighted.

She appears to be giving some sort of speech praising John McCain. I listened to it twice, and can’t really make any sense of it. She does seem to praise John McCain’s version of cap & trade, whatever the hell that is at the moment, and also says he’ll create clean coal & nuclear power, and that “all this will lower the cost of energy.”

As I said, I really don’t understand what she’s talking about. Unless it’s just pandering to an audience on behalf of McCain.

Seems as though she was speaking at the convention on behalf of McCain.

She gets a pass for McCain’s stupidity until she says the same thing for herself.

The thing she said on March 10, 2010 is a flip flop from the video that you can see by clicking on the link. I believe the poster’s intention was to show the flip flop from then to now.

Actually the full quote was more inclusive, paraphrased by memory, ‘John McCain’s Cap and Trade bill, clean coal technology, and nuclear power will help decrease the cost of energy and create jobs.’

I have no idea what McCain’s idea of a cap and trade bill is but I don’t like the sound of it. I’m all for clean coal technology and nuclear power.

You’ve got it. What does she really believe-—the 2008 statement or the 2010 position?

OK. Sorry, didn't see the video because it stalled on me and I got sick of waiting.

Perhaps letting the video speak for itself would be a better idea? That said, Fiorina will be a Scott Brown/Maine Sisters clone if she's elected.
