BP should just walk away and publicly announce that it’s Obama’s baby now. See how the politics of that one works out. And take all their equipment everywhere in the US so the great Zero cannot impound or confiscate it for use by the government. Immediately load it all on their ships and go Bye-Bye. Also close all offices, definitely close all oil wells now pumping or drilling in the US (including Alaska), stop shipping oil to the US except for cash in advance and double the market price. Repatriate all non-US citizens back to the UK. And then buy one big billboard in Times Square giving the finger to Zero and his henchmen.
I don't know if the BP management is up to lighting Wyatt's torch. For all the apocalyptic talk, this is hardly the worst oil spill in history.We spill about 10 times as much oil annually through leakage from ships and wells.

I am also curious as to why the Left is so intent on punishing the board of BP for an accident they are struggling to clean up while they did everything in their power to shelter the man who, among his other crimes,
deliberately caused the greatest oil spill in history, and set it ablaze in hopes of wreaking global catastrophe.
