The Obama administation has only two tools in their governing toolbox:
1. Spend more on government programs.
2. Take things to court.
Cooperation with private industry is not in the toolbox.
Using the courts to make a private industry into a government program is in the toolbox.
They didn’t take GM, Chrysler, Merrill Lynch, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Citigroup, etc, etc, etc to court. They just usurped the law, tore up legal agreements, threw legitimate creditors in the streets, robbed the treasury and ignored the rule of law.
No courts needed, except for show trials like KSM and BP. One will be given every chance at defense. The other will be railroaded. Guess which is which.
