Two tons of Iran's enriched uranium equals two bombs? It must not be that enriched then. It sounds like a "dirty bomb".

If true, then Iran is hoping to spread radioactive fallout across a wide area with a basically non-fissile missile.

May well be the plan. If they build a fission bomb they won’t know it works without testing it which they won’t be able to conceal.
