The fact that Bill Clinton stepped up to take the blame seems like a trap to me.
It IS a trap, Billy-boy & Cankles led The Anointed One right into it. I suspect they've been waiting for the opportunity to present itself. Bill isn't the type of person to forget Barry calling him racist during the SC primary race. Bill doesn't forget, he gets even.
