It is hard to explain what a revelation this forum was in the late nineties. There were a lot of flame wars but the intellect and depth of the posts were quite incredible.
It was a symphony of ideas, leads, analyzation, and learning. An amazing place to be.
Do you remember the early days as John Robinson wrestled with getting this thing together? We had "Please close you tags" posts as well as no spell check, no search engine, no real organization.
John Robinson deserves a great hoorah for a job well done and Jim Robinson deserves a Medal of Honor for the courage to keep it going under real economic duress.
