I really dont understand why you keep arguing this point and refuse to discuss that you want to arrest people for committing crimes that dont exist, kiddo. But maybe in you old age, you just cant remember everything you read or write :)
I have asked bvw the same thing 3 times, and they just respond with stripping leads to communism. Totally ignoring the fact that they recommend arresting someone for breaking a law that doesnt exist.
Should it be a misdemeanor outside of college campuses? What about near army bases, those are young kids too?
How can you oppose communism when you favor fascism in the form of government banning activities you dont like? What are some hobbies you have? What if the government banned those for some wannabe altruistic reason? Would you be happy then?
Why does it matter what JoePa would have done? I have no problem with coaches distancing themselves from bad press. Bill Parcels cut his top inside OL backup because his roomate owned a strip club. Fine with me.
But, that has nothing to do with why the media, college, and yourself want these guys arrested. Ever think that in your goal of a perfect religious country, you would side with the ABC network, liberal college professors, and race hustlers?
Some one who cant spell and uses prepositions to get out of other prepositions really shouldn’t be commenting on other people’s reading levels.
I think bvw wants death to all who disagree :)
cant
The press means words and images, more specifically words and images able to be copied easily by means of a printing press.
Madison did not then speak of licentiousness in private or public speech, only in that media which was easily copied and distributed. Moreover he did not mean lewdness in that casting of phrase, given the context and era that he meant carelessness, reckless carelessness of the sort that creates or invites a public hazard or danger. "Without license." Bouvier's 1856 Law Dictionary defines licentiousness as follows:
LICENTIOUSNESS. The doing what one pleases without regard to the rights of others; it differs from liberty in this, that the latter is restrained by natural or positive law, and consists in doing whatever we please, not inconsistent, with the rights of others, whereas the former does not respect those rights. Wolff, Inst. §84.That is, not lewdness, just rudeness.
In Madison's time lewd behavior was a criminal behavior covered under a number of common law principles and statutes in various jurisdictions.
You appear to be relying on the adaptations of history -- rewritten history, that is -- developed in the later part of the twentieth century by Marxist social deconstructionist in order to debase the culture by criminalizing moral sanity. A debased cultural, full of moral confusion, is the turbulence needed to fuel a Marxist Revolution.
And indeed, they were right. Here we are today in the midst of one.
None, you moron. What still hisses me off beyond measure is what this little cretin did to all the women who are really raped in this country. Cases like this make just a little bit harder for the victims to come forward, just a little bit harder for the police investigators to believe them.
No, smarta—, I have not been nor do I know anyone that has been a victim of rape. Just in case you have a snappy comeback to my above posting.
You remain as lovely as your words, dear.
You are truly a sanctimonious worm. You must be a joy to be around.
I am happy to provide some joy for you, ma’am.
bvw sounds like a DU reject - nanny state, intolerance, ex post facto laws are fine, men are guilty until proven innocent, etc, etc
