Build a huge steel plate, carry it out to sea with those huge choppers, lower it unto the well until it is crushed into the seabed. Then drop dirt on top of the plate til the whole mess is buried.
Interesting idea- the dirt probably wouldn't work, but a shit load of crushed rock and concrete would...
