I hope that Rush is sensing that Obama’s popularity and credibility has been weakened enough so that his hiding the long form BC can be brought into the foreground.

Rush didn't have to infer and proclaim that Bubba was talking about him. Clinton didn't mention him by name so Rush could easily have ignored Clinton's comment.

I take this to mean that Rush is ready to push this issue and is signaling to other commentators on the Right that it is not bizarre or ignorant to raise the lack of an original BC.

I am hoping that the impending court martial hearing for LTC Lakin might be behind Rush aligning himself with a key birther claim.
