Beck, Rush, Levin, Hannity, Bennett, Ingraham, Boortz all have nothing to loose in demanding that Obama have Hawaii release his BC, and for the various college transcipts and records to be released. Start now and build more doubt before the 2012 election.

Obama won't be removed over the BC issue. He won't release it, even if it really exists. However, it will help to make him unelectable in 2012 and it will help to stop him and the "untrustworthy" Democratics and their agenda.

Pound him and the democrats on the BC issue. It demonstrates how corrupt, dishonest and Opaque (contrast with transparent) they are.

No, he won't be removed because of the birth certificate issue because that is not the issue, and also, because there is no reason to believe a birth certificate will be provided, and finally, a birth certificate, will probably say Obama was born in Hawaii. The issue, as clearly stated by Patrick Leahy and Michael Chertoff, along with four supreme court chief justices, is that a natural born citizen must have two citizen parents. Is there any doubt that Obama Senior was never a citizen, that he never wanted to be a citizen, that his dreams were for a Marxist Muslim Utopia for Kenya, the very dreams he passed to his son? That is just the reason John Jay reminded Washington about including natural born citizenship with eligibility requirements for a strong president who was also to be commander in chief. The British were conscripting children of British citizens - everyone in the Colonies - to serve the Crown in wars. Obama told us he was born a British subject There is no doubt!

Read Senate Res. 511, April 2008. When you read it forget the legal BS “the Constitution didn't define what a natural born citizen was.” The Constitution is a framework which depends upon the language used by its framers, as James Madison told us (see Mark Levin's book Liberty and Tyranny, p39 for the quotation). It has no meaning if new meaning is attributed to terms. Fortunately, ‘natural born citizen’ has never been redefined; Obama honestly told us he was “a native born citizen of the U.S. A native born citizen is a citizen born on our soil, as John McCain wasn't. But John McCain had two citizen parents. Neither McCain nor Obama was eligible, but at least the Democrats investigated McCain - six times and two law suits. That is what Senate Res. 511 was all about.

If you don't trust Leahy, McCaskill, Clinton, or Obama (yes, Obama; they assume we are very stupid)to tell you that you must have two citizen parents to be constitutionally eligible for the presidency, read founder and framer Dr. David Ramsay (find the pointer at puzo1.blogspot.com ) or justice Joseph Story or justice James Kent, or chief justice Morrison Waite in Minor v. Happersett, or former FDR Sec of State Breckenridge Long in Chicago Legal News Volume 49, affirming the Charles Hughes, running against Woodrow Wilson in 1916 was ineligible for having had a British father - just as Obama does.
