You must have missed the part where I pointed out that the 'legal' system is FOS. The US citizen has decided that judges, en total, are political hacks who aren't worth squat, no matter what their 'legal' opinion is. You may quote the legal 'opinions' of leftist twits that got appointed by Carter and Clinton, or even the Bush's, but real Americans reject them on principle.
