So you (and others) can keep speculating and accusing Harris of buying drugs. There is no evidence that this is what happened.

You may be right. He could have been soliciting a prostitute and that was a condom he tossed away ...

Dude pays buddy $60 to drive him from Olympia to Seattle in the wee hours of the morning after getting off from his minimum wage night shift.

Dude is spotted in a dark alley in Seattle (Bellevue) and is ordered to stop (possible suspect in a fight)

Dude runs

Dude is seen on camera tossing packet from pocket just prior to being caught.

Was your mother working the alley that night?

So where's the packet he tossed? I see him drop something on the ground and the officer steps on it. They didn't pick it up? Or, most likely, they saw that whatever he dropped was not evidence of any illegal activity so they left it on the street.

If it were drugs, why didn't the cops pick it up? Why didn't they mention it? Don't you think they'd prefer the story "Mr. Harris ran after purchasing drugs, drugs which were recovered at the scene of his injury" as opposed to the current story, "Investigators later determined that Harris wasn't involved in the brawl, or a later fight at the convenience store.

So, keep saying he threw drugs on the ground. We'll never know. The cops certainly appear on the video to have not been too concerned with whatever it was Mr. Harris dropped on the ground.
