He has the place for 5 monthes, just till October. However, October in Alaska can be nasty. Talk around town which is a SMALL town is that most people have his mugshot and know him by sight.

Funny thing is its summer in Alaska, daylight is as early as 3am and sunset around midnite and lots of people work building and doing construction 24 hours a day 7 days a week, myself I was delivering concrete last at 7pm here in Wasilla.
