I like that pic. That new construction is bigger than their house.
Perhaps the plan is to move into the newly constructed place, and use the old house as guest quarters. This way they will be away from the prying eyes of Joe McGinniss and any other perv who wants to stalk them by renting from the hate-filled neighbor.
I can’t figure out why the houses are so close together on that road, with all the space in Alaska! Why build on top of your neighbor?
