Thanks - I was just looking at the house on Google Earth, and see the layout now. They must not have any setback rules in Wasilla either (have to talk to the Mayor about that!) - as the place McGinnis is renting just sits right on the lot-line. The fence will help, but still I’d buy the place just to have the fun of kicking his sorry azz out!

I had the same idea on Tuesday and I was attacked. Buy that property, rent that property. Control your environment.
Everybody attacked me for suggesting that Palin was anything but saintly in this matter.
Since then we’ve learned that she has been aware of the potential problems that could arise from having a neighbor 15 feet away. Last year she rented the place. They’re building another house.
But to suggest that Palin should’ve foreseen that something bad could happen from having a neighbor 15 feet away, why, that makes me an idiot, a troll, any manner of bad.
We have published his home address on several other threads, along with his email addresses and one phone number that’s likely disconnected by now...lol.
I much prefer that he gets slapped by a bear. :)

The good people of Wasilla could help that along.
Every business owner in town could hang a prominent sign saying “This means YOU, McGuinnis” right under their signs that read “We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.”
I’d love it if this guy was rejected for food, gas, etc. everywhere he goes in that town. Maybe even get the water and electric companies to decide his money is no good and shut off his utilities.

LOL. That would be great, but I don’t think every Wasilla citizen loves Sarah. I’d be interested were someone to check his trash for liquor bottles and beer cans...lol.
That is just funny as h*ll... A wonderful dose of his own medicine. I wrote a note to his publisher telling them I wouldn’t be buying any books from them.
