Why was this POS ever released and why are the taxpayers paying to keep him alive?
I hope there is a special place in hell reserved for him.
Lesson to other parents: Don't send your kids to skid row to do your errands. Or you may have some unimaginable pain.

So why isn't the puke who turned this guy loose up on murder charges too?

He’s a member of the diversity crowd. If he isn’t a member of the religion of peace(TM) he’ll be one very soon!

I think that under such circumstances, police officers should be given wide latitude to have accidental discharges of their handguns, resulting in the tragic death of such monsters.

As part of his plea agreement with prosecutors, Samuel will spend the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole. IIRC the SCOTUS ruled fairly recently that only a jury can sentence a defendant to death.I wonder if that applies when there was no trial...like in this case.If not,why can't the judge sentence this filthbag to death? Judges are not bound by plea agreements that prosecutors might reach.

Scum of the earth. He deserved the death penalty. There is comfort in knowing that he’ll never get the chance to harm innocent people again.

The plea spared Charlie Samuel a possible death sentence for the killing of Lily BurkHe avoided the death penalty when he committed the crime in California.
