I have no personal experience with this stuff but I've read that there are states that don't hold prenups in high regard.In those states,I've read,judges basically ignore prenups and apply the standard divorce laws of that state...e,g.,the wife gets half....very rich guys pay millions a year in alimony...etc,etc.Assuming that what I'm saying is true all she'd have to do is "move" to such a state and file in its courts the next day.
