Let's not use the word "better". Let's use the word "less disastrous". People on the right were hoping that some of Bill's practicality and inclination to listen to advisers like Dick Morris ( e.g., giving up part of his agenda to the GOP Congress, like Welfare reform and cutting capital gains tax ) would have rubbed off Hillary a little.

Between two Democrats, the choice really is between the lesser of two evils.
