I pointed out that in 1962 a leftist named Rachel Carson wrote a book called Silent Spring in which she blamed DDT for eggs being too thin even though she had no actual data to prove this.
I pointed out that because of Silent Spring countries started to ban the use of DDT and the mosquito population flourished and malaria rates started to skyrocket.

Thank you FRiend you are exactly right. In fact I am not anti-Microsoft..I have XP and MS Office on my Mac and use Office on a daily basis. I also use a Gateway laptop that uses XP and assorted software from MS. But, unfortunately, Gates contributions to the UN abortion machine are abhorrent and he derives income from MS to support his nasty habit. My belief in the sanctity of life brings me to the conclusion that I must no longer contribute to Bill Gates coffers by buying MS products.
Silent Spring the DDT ban and teh subsequent studies were a prime example of “Science After the Fact”.
