Makes sense...I didn’t realize he had been demoted. Do you have some background on that. When you say demoted...do you mean just removed from a job or actually lost rank? If he lost rank he must have done something bad...so I assume you meant he was removed from a job...not really a demotion in military terms. Just trying to be clear on what really happened.
I think he lost a star or rank...I’m not at all familiar with the Navy. Google it. It was done on Mike Mullen’s FIRST DAY in his new job!!
