Lets be honest...it is pretty much the same plan. Bush said send intelligence personnel, support personnel, and these overhead unmanned recon craft to help the border patrol. This is the same plan by Obama. The difference? Arizona’s governor was a Democrat at the time...with NM’s governor and Arnold...and they basically said it was stupid. Now? We have one real Republican governor, Arnold, and the same NM governor.

Bush’s plan called for unloaded weapons. Obama’s plan apparently calls for no weapons at all.
Bush’s mismanagement of the border invasion by illegal aliens contributed to McCain’s defeat, especially since McCain essentially agreed with him.
Hopefully the illegal invader issue will also be another nail in Obama’s political coffin.
