Im looking at what appears to mud or cement being injected above the blow out and being blown out of the way . If that is true ,this isn’t working. I hope I’m wrong.

From what I see, it appears a pipe is lying horizontally and oil is spewing from a couple of ruptures.

That would not have done anything to help. Spelling was correct ... word was used improperly.
