Yeah,, and it’s not at all a norm of international law to open fire for an air traffic control violations. Again,, if a cuban jet strayed into florida, it would get intercepted and challenged, but not shot at.

And as for “who’s airspace” that only established who was overflown. Not their right to try to murder anyone who flies into it. Not in the absence of hostile intent.

Only depotic nations advance the case the instant missile attack is legal,,, Cuba, North Korea, the old USSR, Iran, Saddams old regime etc,,,
