OMG, Maryland and DC are a cesspit. Even the police are very obviously corrupt. That sleeze from MD was like something out of the third world. What a disgrace.
If I lived in a neighborhood with any kind of SEIU target, I would get together with my neighbors and hire a private security firm because obviously the police in these jurisdictions are either cowards or complicite.
The police take orders from their politician overlords! The politicians are using the police as a shield and they are laughing at you because you still don’t put the blame where it belongs. Police chiefs are usually appointed by the political leadership and are therefore are spokesmen for the city government.
