I get a kick out of hearing whenever Barry is ‘tense’ or ‘upset’ or lets loose another of his trademark ‘let me be clear...’. About as funny as hearing a Democrat get religion.

‘let me be clear...’ This phrase only works when smart people who have command of a situation utter it aloud to people less intelligent.
