Well, if Obama sent a joint task force comprising sniper elements, and gave the order to shoot to kill all individuals crossing the border outside designated crossings - ie, free fire zones - leaving their bodies for the vultures, I suspect this would have a bracing, mind-clearing effect on subsequent illegals contemplating the journey....
