South Korea's defense chief said Monday his military will launch its own anti-proliferation exercise and resume psychological warfare against North Korea, as parts of its initial military measures to punish Pyongyang for a deadly torpedo attack on a South Korean warship in March.

The planned military exercise scheduled to take place in the second half of the year to deter proliferation of North Korean weapons of mass destruction will be the first of its kind by the South's military. Defense Minister Kim Tae-young also said the South would actively participate in a U.S.-led anti-proliferation drill, known as the Proliferation of Security Initiative (PSI), in and out of the Korean Peninsula, an international effort to stop the shipment of weapons of mass destruction.

In another retaliatory step, North Korean vessels have been prohibited from sailing in the South's waters, previously allowed under an inter-Korean maritime pact signed in 2004.

I can't figure out if US/ROK policy is to ignore NK’s acts of war and hope for an internal collapse or if it is to keeping get sand kicked in our faces and hope they don't collapse to avoid dealing with the mess. What I do know is the world should be begging God to forgive us for turning a blind eye to the Aquariums of Pyongyang.
