In the end, I'll be very surprised if any US/ROK responds with anything stronger than quickly forgotten sanctions or sharply worded diplomatic notes. The flow of Hennessy Whiskey to Pyongyang won't stop, the gulags will still exist, the nukes/missiles will still be tested and, above all else, the nearly sixty year old game of cat and mouse won't end.
