Just got some pictures of the collapsed Tempe town lake.

Now how could they have possibly guessed that pressurized rubber dams, in 140F river bottom temperatures, under intense exposure to UV light and concentrated ozone, would be prone to decay?

I wonder if the fools will propose a tax increase to buy another 1 billion gallons of water to refill it?
