Sedition, yes. Bribery, no. Not for POTUS impeachment purposes, just for all the lowly peons who work for POTUSes, and never dreamed the day would come when a POTUS actually commits bribery to influence a local election, or suborns perjury over a BJ. All one and the same, though.

If Obama offered it, he is guilty. That is the bribary. The sedition comes from both.
